Born 1986 in former Yugoslavia, Marko found out about his artistic talents and interests at an early age. He moved to Sweden in 1994 as a refugee, shortly after he picked up a guitar in school and started a rock band. As time went on, the love for the music slowly evolved to a love for words and expression. When he was 17 years old he had decided he would become an actor whatever happened to him.

After high school he went to Stockholm's Elementary Theatre school and studied acting 2005-2006, with a half year practice at Dramaten in the play "Endagsvarelser" at that time he met the director Annika Silkeberg and became a member of her Theatre group "Brigaden". Played in a couple of short films and as an extra in feature films, until he got a supporting role in the film "Darling". Marko now lives in both London and Stockholm.
